| Selection Procedure | |||||||||
| Computer Based Test (CBT): Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes for Principal/Vice-Principal (150 questions, 150 marks); 2 hours for PGTs/TGTs/Librarian/PRTs/Balvatika Teacher (120 questions, 120 marks). No negative marking. Syllabus includes General English, General Hindi, General Reasoning, General Knowledge, Basic Computer Literacy, Numerical Ability, Teaching Methodology, and Subject Concerned. Shortlisting for Skill Test/Interview: UR/EWS candidates scoring 60% or above in CBT; SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates scoring 54% or above in CBT are eligible for shortlisting. Interview (Principal/Vice-Principal): Final selection based on aggregate marks in CBT and Interview with 50:50 weightage. Candidates must score 60% (UR/EWS) or 54% (reserved) in both CBT and Interview separately. Skill Test (PGTs/TGTs/Librarian/PRT/PRT Music/Balvatika Teacher): Qualifying in nature (Go/No Go basis). Chalk and board-based teaching skill demonstration. Only candidates awarded ‘GO’ are empanelled in order of CBT merit. Enrollin Classes Medical Test: Candidates who receive offer of appointment will be medically examined. Tie Breaker: For Principal/Vice-Principal: Senior in age ranks higher; then higher CBT marks. For other posts: Senior in age ranks higher; then higher percentage in essential qualification.
