| Selection Procedure | |||||||||
| RFID Based Physical Standard Test (PST) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Conducted at Jorhat (Assam) or Dibrugarh (Assam) centres. Candidates must qualify initial document verification before PET. PET: All India except Ladakh Region – 5 km run within 24 minutes; Ladakh Region only – 1.6 km run within 7.00 minutes. Computer Based Test (CET): Question paper of 100 marks. Minimum pass marks: 35% for General/EWS candidates and 33% for SC/ST/OBC candidates. Skill Based Trade Test: Based on Computer Test and Specific Practical Skill Test. No marks will be allotted for Trade Skill Test. Shortlisting of candidates will be on the basis of their merit in CET at 1:4 ratio against vacancies in each category. Document Verification (DV): Candidates who pass the Trade Skill Test will be eligible for Document Verification. Detailed Medical Examination (DME) / Review Medical Examination (RME): Conducted as per Uniform Guidelines for Recruitment Medical Examination for COs and NCOs in CAPFs and AR. | |||||||||
