| Selection Procedure | |||||||||
| 1. Personal Interview: The mode of selection shall be Personal Interview of the provisionally shortlisted candidates. The mode of selection may be changed at the discretion of Management. 2. Shortlisting: Shortlisting of candidates for Personal Interview shall be done based on scrutiny of applications against information, declarations, and supporting documents provided at the time of online application submission. 3. Interview Intimation: The list of candidates called for Personal Interview, along with date, time, and venue, will be uploaded on MECON’s official website and communicated via registered Email IDs. 4. Document Verification: Further scrutiny of the application shall be undertaken on the date of Personal Interview. If any claim is not found substantiated, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview. 5. Medical Examination: Before appointment, selected candidates will have to undergo Medical Examination by the Medical Board of Company’s Hospital (Ispat Hospital, Shyamali, Ranchi). The decision of the Medical Board will be final and binding. 6. Final Selection: The final list of selected candidates will be uploaded on MECON’s website and candidates will be intimated about reporting date, requisite documents, and medical examination details through their registered Email IDs. | |||||||||
