| 1. Specialist Medical Officer No. of Vacancies: 106 Qualification: MBBS degree with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from an NMC-recognized institution in Anesthesia / Dermatology / ENT / Obstetrics & Gynaecology / Ophthalmology / Orthopedics / General Medicine / Psychiatry / Radiology / Surgery Age Limit: 23 to 64 years (as on 31/10/2026) Pay Scale: Fixed monthly emoluments as per bid (Maximum ₹3,00,000/- per month) + Incentive against health insurance claims as per Government Sankalp No. 58(21) dated 11/04/2025 | |||||||||
| Selection Procedure | |||||||||
| 1. Selection shall be done through a Bidding Process (facility-wise). 2. Shortlisting and consideration shall be undertaken facility-wise, subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria. 3. For each facility, the bidder quoting the lowest acceptable monthly remuneration shall be considered as L-1. 4. Where two or more eligible candidates quote the same rate, the following criteria shall be applied in descending order: (i) Post Graduate Degree shall be preferred over Diploma; (ii) greater relevant experience; (iii) date of birth; and (iv) other applicable criteria prescribed by the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha. 5. Preference to Persons with Disabilities and candidates belonging to reserved categories shall be considered as per applicable Government provisions, including negotiation at the L-1 rate wherever applicable. 6. If the selected L-1 bidder does not join the allotted facility within 30 days, the Department may offer the facility to the next eligible bidder. This process will continue until the post is filled or the number of bidders is exhausted. 7. The Department reserves the right to reject any quoted rate that is considered unacceptable and selection shall not confer any right to appointment or continued engagement. | |||||||||
